Pratibimba (ISSN 2582-2284) is the Multidisciplinary Kannada Research Journal of Indian Institute of Multidisciplinary Research and Development., Mysuru, Karnataka, India., was set up in 2018, as a non- profit institution by a group of professionals who were renowned and respected as leaders in their respective fields. This Journal always maintained the highest standard and has had the support of some of the finest minds on the subject. The medium of the Journal is Kannada and published 6 times a year (July-August,September-October, November-December,January-February, March-April, May-June.)
Peer – Review Process
Pratibimbais a peer reviewed Journal. All papers submitted to Pratibimba (as per the guidelines for authors) go through a preliminary review at the editorial desk and those making the grade are sent to external referees for review. Improper or weak submissions are eliminated at the initial screening.
On the recommendation of the editorial review the paper may be rejected or sent back for revision or published. Review process usually takes about 1 month.
Ethical Statement
Papers are considered only after a self certification about the originality of the paper. The paper should not have been submitted for publication or published elsewhere in any print/electronic form and the same research will not be submitted elsewhere without permission of the Honorary Editor of Pratibimba. The paper should not infringe on the right of others and should not contain any libelous or unlawful statements. The data used in the paper should be as per highest professional standards. A copy right requirement must be met by the contributors. The data used for research must in all cases be authentic and verifiable.
Processing Fee
Pratibimbais a self-supporting Journal and does not receive funding from any institution/government. Hence, the operation of the journal is solely financed by the processing fees received from authors. The processing fees are required to meet operations expenses such as employees’ salaries, internet services, electricity etc. Being an Open Access Publisher, the Journal does not receive payment for online subscription as the journals are freely accessible over the internet.
The journal charges Rs 1200/- as processing fee, for Certificate and Printed copy of article Rs 500/-.
